At first I thought I wasn't going to be able to stick with it. But after the first 7 days, and losing 6.5kg, I felt motivated to stay with it to see how I would go. I was only going to do the 23 day program, but decided to extend it to 40 days. I've lost 15kg and so far have kept it off. Karen, Wellington.
